Lucas Wagner

Lucas Wagner has several years of experience as a management consultant. After studying Business & Economics and Business Administration in Osnabrück and Potsdam, he gained his first professional experience in start-up projects in Berlin. In order to continue his project-based approach, he decided to take the next career steps in the consulting industry and has since been working for Detecon (Schweiz) AG in Zurich. Here he advises international corporations as well as important federal authorities. His consulting focus is on process management and project management, which he applies in diverse and multifaceted projects for his clients. In addition, he also supervises projects on the topics of New Work and Change Management as well as Sustainability.

His clients appreciate him as a visionary forward thinker who tirelessly tries to find optimal solutions for their needs with original ideas. A good communicator and coordinator, he often finds himself in the project manager role. Meaningful and sustainable solutions are close to his heart.
