Jan Hallmanns is a Manager in the Organization, People & Change division and advises clients on all aspects of strategy as well as organizational and operating model development.

Jan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from LMU Munich and a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Tilburg University. He began his career as an analyst at a boutique consulting firm in Munich, focusing on the realignment of organizations and operating models. With his move to Detecon in the spring of 2020, he was able to deepen his professional know-how and thus take over the technical leadership for the Organization squad. 

A curious individual with an affinity for trends around organization design, Jan supports clients in Europe, North America, and the Middle East with transformation and reorganization programs.
