When did you work for the Detecon? In what role?
I have worked for Detecon from 2012 to 2015 in various roles: First as an intern, as a research assistant during my doctorate, then as a Consultant and finally as a Senior Consultant.
What were your most exciting Detecon moments?
There were many beautiful and exciting moments! One highlight was certainly when I was given responsibility for the "Integral Business Community" in order to combine the topic of sustainability with our core business. I also remember various summer and Christmas team parties with our infamous waffle counter (which unfortunately didn't get along very well with the smoke detector).
And what are you doing today?
Even though I had never accompanied an automotive project, I have now ended up with the Volkswagen Group. Here, I run the xStarters program and, together with my team, am setting up an online platform for young people to impart digital skills and promote social innovations. So I can say that I stayed true to my previous topics.
What did you particularly appreciate about your job at Detecon and what do you miss from that time?
I really enjoyed the cooperation! Being together with the colleagues from our team has always been really great. I like to think back to the positive and energetic atmosphere and the funny moments we have shared.
