From when to when did you work at Detecon? What was your position?
I spent an exciting two and a half years as a consultant at Detecon in the Company ReBuilding Practice from January 2018 to May 2020.
What were the most exciting Detecon moments for you?
It was exciting to work with so many great colleagues, whether in my various projects or in the diversity and sustainability communities. The best thing was certainly to see how the diversity team and the topic gained more and more momentum.
What company do you work for today? What is your primary field of work there?
Today, I work as an Innovation Manager in the Service Development & Innovation department at Deutsche Telekom. In addition to scouting new solutions to make the service even better, we then also implement innovations. Last year, for example, we launched MagentaService Live - a service channel via video.
What did you value especially highly while at Detecon, and what do you miss from the “old days”?
I especially appreciated the collegiality across all levels; no one was (and hopefully is) too shy to give their best for the others in the team. I miss the participation in the communities which make Detecon an even better employer with enthusiasm and intrinsic motivation.
