David Haas works as a consultant in the Organization, People & Change tribe. He advises companies on all aspects of organization and the Target Operating Model, from initial analysis to organizational design and implementation. David studied International Business in his Master's degree with a focus on organization, HR management and leadership.

As Topic Head for Agile Organization, he focuses on helping companies understand the opportunities of agile and flexible organizational structures and identifying and implementing the best possible application and design of an agile organization for his clients.

How is the current organization set up? Where is there potential for optimization? Which organizational adaptations and elements can move a company forward? David is currently addressing these and other questions for national and international clients.
