Christin Rewald developed and is responsible for the Transformation as a Service offering. She has been working intensively with business and IT transformations for around five years.  

Christin studied International Management in Germany, Mexico and Brazil. Her view of transformations goes back to her work at T-Systems. She experienced first-hand the challenges that business transformations bring with regard to organisations, employees and the culture of a company. As a consultant, this view was complemented by the focus on adapting processes and technologies, especially through her experience in large technology transformation projects.  

How can companies strategically reposition themselves in the market, despite rapid technological change? How can business-critical business and technology transformations be carried out on time and on budget without losing focus on the actual core business? These are the questions Christin is currently addressing with her clients. 

The topic of diversity is also very important to Christin. She is convinced that companies can only be successful if they promote, value and live diversity in every dimension. Her main topics in relation to diversity are women and the compatibility of family and career.
