Carsten Glohr

Carsten Glohr heads the "Public & IT Service Provider" practice. In this function he manages all consulting activities for EU, federal, state and local authorities. In addition, he is responsible for Detecon's consulting business with the IT service providers, including T-Systems and Telekom IT. After a double degree in computer engineering and business administration, he gained more than 20 years of consulting experience at Helbling, Diebold and Siemens, and as interim CIO.
