We are responsible for innovation topics for clients in the railway industry. Our customers require a transformation of their current system landscapes towards an increasingly digitalization-driven environment. What you can expect from us
- In this role, you will be at the service of our clients in the railway industry – both purely in a consulting capacity, in hands-on roles (for example as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Solution Architect, or in Test Management), as well as conceptually (PL/PO)
- You drive innovative solutions forward in a dynamic environment and promote the implementation of digitalization projects in various railway companies and in different roles, from conception to the approval phase
- We live transparency, an active feedback culture, and a strong understanding of quality – this not only enables us to collaborate successfully internally, but also turns our customers into our fans
- You actively participate in further developing our railway division (internally and externally)
- In addition to your work with our clients, you actively contribute to our internal development – for example through further market expansion, knowledge building, or engagement in recruiting.
What you bring
- You have successfully completed a master’s degree in one of the following disciplines: STEM, Business Informatics, or Railway Technology
- You bring at least three years of experience in the railway environment and have dealt with the development of the railway industry, ideally in a consulting role
- You can successfully apply your strong understanding of railway infrastructure in customer consulting and have ideally already had initial touchpoints with the cargo and passenger transport segments
- You bring a high level of technical affinity as well as knowledge of common tools such as Jira / Confluence and/or Azure DevOps and UML, and you feel comfortable in an agile environment (SAFe)
- Working in German and English is easy for you, and you are flexible for travel within the DACH region
