What awaits you
- Building the Austrian healthcare market, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sustainable customer relationships together with our sister company T‑Systems Austria
- Consulting stakeholders in the healthcare sector, especially hospitals and healthcare institutions, on digital transformation
- Independent execution of projects and positioning Detecon as a competent partner for digital innovation in healthcare
- Leading consulting projects and their teams
- Implementing topics such as Smart Health, Cloud, healthcare applications, Data & AI, process digitalization, and change management
What you bring
- Solid knowledge of the Austrian healthcare market and a strong network, ideally gained through prior work in a hospital or in consulting
- Several years of experience in management or technology consulting with a focus on digitalization, processes, and change management
- Affinity for cloud, data, and AI topics as well as digital healthcare applications
- Ability to independently drive business development, identify market opportunities, confidently manage clients, and actively execute projects
- Master's degree in a STEM field or in economics with an IT focus, ideally with reference to or knowledge of the healthcare sector
- Business‑fluent German and English (at least C1) as well as willingness to travel within DACH

For this position, we offer you an attractive salary that corresponds to your qualifications and experience. For legal reasons, we would like to point out that a minimum salary of € 3,682 gross per month applies. However, we are prepared to pay significantly more.
