Every digital service has a dark side: The data that is collected and used by it is completely non-transparent for (private) customers.
But end customers basically want services that collect, evaluate and store as little of their personal data as possible.
Carriers have the opportunity to win back the interface to the customer by supporting their customers in this asymmetrical information and power constellation and positioning themselves excellently in the area of security and protection.
