From when to when did you work at Detecon? What was your position?
I was employed as a management consultant at Detecon from June 2015 to December 2018. Initially, I was in the Deutsche Telekom Cluster with a focus on Strategy, Innovation, Marketing & Sales under Philippe Tambourgi and Klaus Newen, and later in the area of Company Rebuilding (primarily Personal Branding) under Marc Wagner.
What were the most exciting Detecon moments for you?
During my time at Detecon, the reorganization under Heinrich Arnold and the transformation of the Company Rebuilding Practice into an agile unit under Marc Wagner were particularly exciting.
What company do you work for today? What is your primary field of work there?
Today, I work at Deutsche Telekom AG. There, as Agile Transformation Manager, I am responsible for setting up the agile chapter under the management of Telekom Deutschland GmbH.
What did you value especially highly while at Detecon, and what do you miss from the “old days”?
I particularly appreciated the opportunity to get involved in completely different projects. I also found the super exchange of experiences from very fresh newcomers to absolute professionals exciting.
