Daniel Kraus-Ihlow

Daniel Kraus-Ihlow has 19 years of experience in business in the areas of marketing, business development, change management & business operations. He has been working in the telecommunications and computer industry for 15 years and has been consulting companies in the areas of agility & new work as an agile coach for three years.

Daniel studied Business Administration at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich with a focus on Marketing, Strategic Business Management & Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

During his career in business in the areas of marketing, business development and change management, he always had people in mind as a success factor in the age of digitalization. As a partner manager at Siemens Mobile Phones, he became aware of how crucial good collaborations are. Later, he worked for a long time at Intel, including in DevOps teams before they had that official name.

His goal is to develop and implement new agile approaches - with the people for your company, because in his experience, it is the team that sustainably differentiates the company from the market.
