Public Health Service Pact
The Digital Health Department of the Future
In September 2020, the government and the states agreed to invest four billion euros in the public health service by 2026 through the Pact for the Public Health Service (ÖGD). This money is intended to be used to hire more staff, promote digitisation and establish modern structures. A federal funding programme of 800 million euros should support the digital expansion of the public health service, especially in the area of infection protection, including the establishment and provision of standardised systems and tools.
Reaching the Goal with the Maturity Model and Gap Analysis
We do not only support you with any questions regarding the pact for the digitalisation and transformation of the health sector, we also want to actively support you on your way to becoming a digital health department - from the application for funding to the strategy.
With the help of a specially developed online-Questionaire, we go through the maturity model specified by the federal government together with you in order to get your funding application on track and to specify your digitisation strategy. In a gap analysis, we take a look at the current state of your organisation, define the target objectives and support you with concrete recommendations for further action.
