We offer training from an initial agile introduction to certifications for ScrumMasters and ProductOwners to agile organisation according to the proven Scaled Agile Framework. We have been a Scaled Agile Gold Transformation Partner since September 2020. With SPCs (SAFe® 5 Program Consultants) in all our locations worldwide and with our strong background as a leading digital consultancy, we support our clients with the complete Scaled Agile Framework® and the toolset of Scaled Agile, Inc. that set the standard for agile transformation worldwide.

In addition to group training sessions that are individually coordinated with you, we also offer the following open training sessions. Due to the current Corona situation, these will take place exclusively online until further notice.

Registrations are possible until one week before the start of the training at agile@detecon.com.
The participation fee for SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, SAFe DevOps and Leading SAFe is 1.050,00€ plus VAT, each including training material, confirmation of participation, 1-year membership in Scaled Agile and access to the SAFe® online certification.

Leading SAFe
For leaders of a Lean-Agile Initiative who want to develop a Lean-Agile mindset and apply the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®).
SAFe for Teams
For Lean-Agile team members; the opportunity to gain experience as an agile team member within the framework of a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART). They learn how to diagram functions, write user stories, improve team and training processes, or plan and execute iterations.
SAFe Scrum Master
For scrum masters who want to learn more about their role in a SAFe enterprise setting. SAFe scrum masters help agile teams to achieve the maximum business value that is achievable with SAFe.
SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager
SAFe® Product Owners/ Product Managers (POPMs) learn Lean-Agile values and prioritize them according to business criteria. They promote product development flow and execute programs.
SAFe DevOps
SAFe DevOps provides a comprehensive overview of the DevOps competencies required to shorten time-to-market.
SAFe Release Train Engineer
For future or current SAFe Release Train Engineers (RTEs) who want to improve their knowledge and skills both as a servant leader and as a coach. SAFe® 4 Release Train Engineers (RTEs) assure effective planning and efficient execution of PI planning. They sustainably foster the idea of relentless improvement in the company.
SAFe for Architects
The SAFe® for Architects course is designed specifically for the architect roles in the SAFe® Program, Solution, and Portfolio Layer. It prepares system, solution and enterprise architects to act throughout the enterprise as effective leaders and change agents, collaboratively delivering architectural solutions.
SAFe Lean Portfolio Management
Participants in this SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management training program learn the tools and practices they require to implement the three Lean Portfolio Management areas of Strategy and Finance (Value Stream Budgeting, Lean Budgeting), Agile Portfolio Operations, and Lean Governance.
