At Detecon and HR Development, we feel particularly responsible for the development and continuing education of our employees. Detecon stands for individual career paths. This also means that we want to provide our employees with individual development specific to their careers. Accordingly, we offer training courses, workshops, and continuing education of varying depth. On the one hand, this enables our consultants to dive into new topics again and again and, on the other hand, to further develop their main topics and to stay up to date.
Susanne has been working at Detecon since November 2001 and has been a member of the HR Development Team ever since. As Training Manager, Susanne is responsible for all training and continuing education at Detecon. In addition, she accompanies onboarding and is the first contact person for the YC Exchange Program.
If you are not already focusing on specific development measures, your Personal Development Leader (PDL) will always support you here. The PDL is responsible for the further development of his or her staff. Accordingly, development areas are discussed in feedback meetings and together we consider which measures can be taken to achieve these potentials.
In our training portfolio we have some technical trainings, combined with a certification. These are, for example, the following trainings: ITIL Foundation, TOGAF® standard, Version 9.2, PRINCE 2 Foundation or SCRUM. In addition, various soft skill trainings such as presentation and rhetoric trainings, moderation trainings, conflict management or visualisation trainings are offered as standard.
Some of our colleagues also share their knowledge by acting as trainers internally. For example, project management trainings, office trainings, design thinking trainings or consulting instruments trainings are offered by our consultants.
Basically, the typical Detecon corporate culture is also evident in the area of development. The process is lean and effective and the offer is constantly adapted to meet current needs.
