From when until when did you work at Detecon and in which function?
I worked at Detecon for almost 5 years, from December 2017 to September 2022. I started as a Business Analyst and then went on to lead large IT transformation and innovation projects as a Senior Consultant/Manager. I was also passionately involved in the diversity community.
What were your most exciting or most beautiful Detecon moments?
During my time at Detecon, there were countless exciting and wonderful moments that I still remember fondly today.
In addition to many exciting projects, I would particularly like to highlight my work in the diversity community. It was exciting to drive forward the topic of diversity in the company and I am still proud of what we have achieved as a community.
The best moments were always characterized by great colleagues. I have fond memories of numerous Detecon parties, team events and many evenings together in Cologne and Bonn.
Which company do you work for today? What is your main area of responsibility there?
Today, I work as an Expert Global Diversity & Inclusion at HUGO BOSS. In my position, I am responsible for implementing various strategic and operational measures in the area of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
What did you particularly appreciate at Detecon and what do you miss from the "old days"?
For me, the team spirit and solidarity were unique. You definitely not only gain colleagues at Detecon, but also friends if you want to.
I especially miss former colleagues and friends, but also the Rhineland.
