Declaration regarding the determination and achievement of targets for the proportion of women on supervisory boards, in senior management, and at the two management levels below senior management pursuant to Section 36 and Section 52 (2) GmbHG [German Act Regarding Limited Liability Companies] at the end of the first implementation period. The German “Act for Equal Participation of Women and Men in Management Positions in Private Business and Civil Service” requires the setting at regular intervals of targets for the proportion of women on supervisory boards, in senior management, and at the two management levels below senior management as well as of deadlines for achieving these targets. A report on the results of the target achievement is supposed to be submitted upon the expiration of each deadline for achieving the targets.
The competent governing bodies have defined target values and deadlines for achieving these targets for Detecon International GmbH in compliance with these statutory requirements. The first deadline for achieving these targets has passed.
