Jürgen Rodestock

Jürgen Rodestock has been working as a management consultant for over 30 years. After studying business administration at the University of Cologne, he worked in various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM Business Consulting Service and as an independent consultant and coach before joining Detecon.

As a project manager, he has managed various topics in different industries both for medium-sized companies and large international corporations. In his projects, solutions adapted for the clients were successfully implemented. For example, optimisations in applications and processes were achieved with agile development. Other projects included successful migrations of ERP systems, the relocation of applications to new data centres, the implementation of a product launch as realisation manager, or the introduction of a programme management methodology in the HR area with the associated change management.

His strengths include customer friendliness, analytical thinking, structured work, goal orientation and reliability, as well as his continuous further education, e.g. in finance seminars at the University of St. Gallen or leadership programmes. With his many years of experience, he is a sought-after mentor for colleagues.
