Business Analysts/ Consultants “IT Organization” (m/f)

Your Responsibilities:

Your task:
You will be part of an excellent team of experienced consultants. Challenging projects in international companies await you and you will be responsible for working on complex questions around the following topics:

• Strategic development of large IT organizations
• Optimization and design of IT processes and IT governance structures
• Processing of IT efficiency and cost optimization programs
• Design and implementation of economic and strategic IT sourcing decisions (outsourcing, resourcing, insourcing)
• Calculation of business cases
• Management consulting on CxO levels
• Development and commercialization of new service offerings in view of “IT Organization Redesign” including extension of innovative consulting methods and tools (organizational blueprints, IT process models, IT performance indicators, approaches for industrialization, etc.)

You will revert to existing methods and tools of an experienced management consulting company. This enables you to cope with questions regarding realignments and increasing efficiency of IT organizations and find the best solutions - together with our clients.

Your Profile:

• Excellent university degree with focus on technological and business management (e.g. Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or Business mathematics), Phds or MBAs are welcome
• First contact or practical experience in solving strategic or conceptual IT management queries
• Solid understanding of developing IT organizations and IT process optimization
• Excellent analytical skills as well as creativity
• Very good communication skills, willingness to network and sense for teamwork
• Very good English and German skills (both written and spoken)
• National and international mobility
