Your Focus
- You are an expert in the topics of project management, (re)organization, target operating model and business model
- You analyze the effects of digitization on markets, business models and value chains and derive strategies as well as structural and procedural organizational measures for our customers from them
- You develop sustainable target operating models for our customers along the dimensions of organization, governance, people & skills, technology and processes
- You skillfully navigate global companies through reorganizations and operating model transformations
- You take on the role of project leader and lead cross-functional teams
You represent the interface to the customer and communicate regularly with relevant stakeholders, especially top management
Ready for Detecon?
- Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics or a comparable course of study
- At least 7 years of professional experience in challenging projects of a strategy or management consulting firm with focus on Organization Strategy, Organization Design, Business Model Innovation and TOM Design
- Profound experience in managing reorganization projects and operating model transformations
- Deep understanding of project management methods (classical as well as agile) and their practical implementation
- You are inquisitive and always up to date with the latest trends in organizational development, e.g. Zero-Based Organization, Agile Organization etc.
- You are familiar with one or more of our focus industries (Health, Public, TTL, Automotive, ICT)
