You should have achieved outstanding results in earning your degree in business fields such as economics, (commercial) information technology, or (commercial) engineering. In addition, 2-3 years of relevant professional experience – ideally in an international environment – will round off your profile.

Your Start at Detecon

Professionals start as consultants at Detecon. Consultants go through a familiarization program before being integrated into projects, where they take over responsibility for partial project tasks. To ease your way into the company, you will take part in an orientation program during which you will get to know more about Detecon and be able to make contact with other new employees. Your network will be supplemented by our Young Consultant Network (YCN) – a worldwide forum of young consultants in which integration, networking, and development of young consultants are given top priority. Your integration will be furthered by our mentor program, which will assign experienced consultants as personal contacts to stand by your side.

Development at a Glance

A central training program, designed with the demands made on a consultant in mind, will be waiting for you. You will be taught about the latest methods and instruments which are indispensable for consultants. The training program is supplemented by individual training modules. The Young Consultant Foreign Program has been set up to strengthen your expertise in the international environment as well. Consultants in this program are given the opportunity to support our foreign locations on-site in the USA, Thailand, or China for six months.
