Your Start at Detecon

Graduates start their professional careers at Detecon as business analysts. After becoming familiar with the position, you will be given the opportunity to play a direct part in projects and to work as a team member of full standing in shaping the success of the project. To ease your way into the company, you will take part in an orientation program during which you will get to know more about Detecon and be able to make contact with other new employees. Your network will be supplemented by our Young Consultant Network (YCN) – a worldwide forum of young consultants in which integration, networking, and development of young consultants are given top priority. Your integration will be furthered even more by our mentor program, which will assign experienced consultants as personal contacts to stand by your side.

Development at a Glance

A central training program, designed with the demands made on a business analyst in mind, will be waiting for you; all of the business analysts take part. You will be taught about the latest methods and instruments which are indispensable for consultants. The training program is supplemented by individual training modules. The Young Consultant Foreign Program has been set up to strengthen your expertise in the international environment as well. Business analysts in this program are given the opportunity to support our foreign locations on-site in the USA, Thailand, or China for six months.
