As a senior or managing consultant, you will bear the responsibility for projects, take steps to insure their efficiency, and be responsible for the acquisition of new clients and projects. But your creativity in the sense of topic development and the recognition of new trends will also be required. As the position is a demanding one, we expect several years of professional experience in relevant fields, ideally in a consulting environment.

Your Start at Detecon

Besides the many accomplishments you have already achieved, you have set your sights on even higher goals!

As an experienced professional, you have two entry options at Detecon. If you have 5 years of professional experience, you will start at the senior consultant level, while more than 7 years of relevant professional experience will, as a rule, entitle you to the position of managing consultant. In either case, we require several years of in-depth experience in project management, including fiscal and personnel responsibility, within our topic and industry portfolio. To ease your way into the company, you will take part in an orientation program during which you will get to know about Detecon and be able to make contact with other new employees.
