Project work at the client’s place of business plays a key role in strategy and technology consulting. As a consultant, you will be a member of at least two teams: temporary project teams and a team within the Detecon organization.

Within the project organization, you will contribute your professional expertise and independent perspective of an external consultant, supplementing the client’s internal viewpoint. As project manager, you will exercise a decisive influence on the project results. Our projects differ from one another in scope and duration, depending on the task at hand - ranging from a few weeks to several years. Your role will change from one project to the next, a situation which will provide you with opportunities for interdisciplinary and personal development.

At the same time, you as a consultant will also have a home in our internal organization, either within a Competence Practice with thematic focus or within an Industry Practice with industrial focus. Our consultants are professionally supported in their work by service staff members.
