Our values: Trust – Recognition - Accountability

Many companies write an elaborate description of their corporate culture. We keep it straightforward by truly honoring three values in our dealings with clients and colleagues: trust, recognition, and accountability. That sounds simple and a matter-of-fact, but Jack Welsh knew: “Simple doesn’t mean easy. If we’re not simple, we can’t be fast … and if we’re not fast, we can’t win.”

We have a flat hierarchy and cultivate an open culture of discussion. Mistakes are exploited as an opportunity for further development. This is the only way to sound out the best solution for the client. The three values of trust, recognition and accountability are reflected in our open feedback culture. Trust for us means being honest and fair in dealing with one another. Recognition finds expression in the rewards for outstanding performance. Accountability means the formulation of clear rules of the game and their strict observance. If we want to be successful in complex consulting projects, it is important that we act in determined pursuit of our goals and that we communicate.

We Are Strong as a Team and When We Enjoy Our Work

Working on projects to create new solutions for and with the client means integrating differing viewpoints and cooperating with people from other disciplines. Teamwork across organizational boundaries and the enjoyment of our work are essential to a successful project completion.
