Many companies write an elaborate description of their corporate culture. We keep it straightforward by truly honoring three values in our dealings with clients and colleagues: trust, recognition, and accountability. That sounds simple and a matter-of-fact, but Jack Welsh knew: “Simple doesn’t mean easy. If we’re not simple, we can’t be fast … and if we’re not fast, we can’t win.”

Trust for us means being honest and fair in dealing with one another. Recognition finds expression in the rewards for outstanding performance. Accountability means the formulation of clear rules of the game and their strict observance. If we want to be successful in complex consulting projects, it is important that we act in determined pursuit of our goals and that we communicate.
